This greeting card shows a cute grey cartoon rodent with oversized white eyes outlined in black and big pink ears, sitting low in the center on a huge yellow-orange cheese surface dotted with round holes. Its tiny hands, with pink palms, are clasped close to its chest, and the small open mouth gives it a surprised, caught-off-guard look that feels like a teasing moment between friends at a birthday get-together 🎉. Above its head floats a white speech bubble that holds the message “You’re how old?” in simple black lettering. The text is centered inside the bubble, standing out sharply against the bright white shape. Warm yellows and oranges fill most of the background, while the character’s soft grey fur and pink accents add contrast without crowding the scene. Darker shading inside the cheese holes creates depth, making the surface look bumpy and oversized like a stage for the character’s reaction 🎂. The speech bubble sits near the upper center, with its tail pointing down toward the rodent’s head.
