This greeting card features a white background with an arc-shaped banner stretched across the center, reading “Happy Birthday” in red letters. The banner is divided into soft pastel panels—lavender, rose pink, sunny yellow, and mint green—lined up like friendly little flags leaning toward one another. In the corners sit four cone-shaped party hats: two at the top in yellow with multicolored dots, and two at the bottom in mint green and light lilac, each with a gently scalloped brim and a tiny starburst topper. Light shading gives the hats and banner a paper-cut look, adding a cozy, close-together feel like decorations set up by someone who cares 🎉. Around everything, small confetti dots and star shapes are scattered, with curling ribbons weaving through in red, green, and warm gold 🎂. The “Happy Birthday” text sits centered on the banner, with the red color standing out against the pale flag panels. Thin ribbon curls loop between the confetti and stars across the open white space.
