This greeting card features a cheerful cartoon-style brown dog with floppy ears, rosy cheeks, and bright eyes, giving a sweet, friendly look that feels like it’s meant for someone close. The dog wears a striped party hat topped with a small red pom-pom and sits proudly on a pastel celebration cake 🎂. The cake is decorated with light blue frosting rosettes that add a soft, swirled texture against the smoother cake layers. Behind the scene is a calm mint-green background sprinkled with small white starbursts and tiny hearts that hint at affection and warm friendship. Across the top, a string of bunting in gentle peach and yellow hangs like a party banner. The words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” are placed in an arc near the top in reddish-brown lettering, standing out clearly against the cool background 🎉. Small white sparkles dot the space around the hat and above the cake.
