This greeting card shows a lively bunch of glossy balloons filling the left side, with a bright pink heart balloon leading the group like a sweet little nod to close friendship. Around it float a deep blue star, a purple round balloon, a teal oval, and a warm orange balloon, each with shiny highlights that make them look almost like polished foil. Thin curling ribbons trail down in gold, sky blue, and pink, twisting together in a way that feels like a shared laugh at a party 🎉. On the right side, a big birthday message sits in stacked lines, using a mix of blue, plum, and red lettering that matches the balloon colors. Small confetti pieces and tiny star shapes scatter across the space, adding motion like the moment right before someone hands over a gift 🎁. The background stays softly lit and pale so the colors stand out without looking harsh. The confetti and stars appear in assorted bright tones, sprinkled around the balloons and text with extra clusters near the top and middle.
