This card shows an older cartoon-style man with a balding head, wisps of white hair, and a big curled mustache, staring wide-eyed with his mouth slightly open as his hands spread out in an “I tried” shrug. He wears a deep teal top with a fluffy white collar that feels a bit old-fashioned, giving him a sweet, earnest look like he really wanted to impress someone close. Below him, on a warm ochre countertop, a small pot sits at the center of a baking disaster, with thick dark-brown goo splattering outward and droplets hanging in the air like a frozen “uh-oh” moment 🎂. The scene reads like a fond, friendly kind of embarrassment, the kind you’d laugh about together while still appreciating the effort 🎉. Near the top, a white speech bubble carries the message “I BAKED YOU A CAKE FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY…” in dark lettering, positioned above his head so it lands right before your eyes catch the mess. The plain white background keeps all attention on his startled expression, the teal-and-white outfit, and the flying splatter. The dark brown splashes spread across the counter in irregular blobs, with several small drops arcing upward beside the pot.
