This design shows a softly lit garland of cupcake-shaped lights draped on a dark cord that curves across the upper part of a creamy background. Four frosted treats hang like little lanterns, each glowing gently as if sharing a sweet moment together 🎂. One cupcake is pastel pink, another is chocolate-toned with a bright blue wrapper, a third is minty green with teal accents, and the fourth sits in a sunny yellow wrapper with chocolate details. Their swirled frosting is topped with tiny sprinkles that add texture and a friendly, flirty sparkle. Below the lights, the birthday message sits centered in flowing lettering, shaded from light rose into deeper cocoa and reading, “wishing you a bright and happy birthday.” Around the words and along the lower area, small confetti pieces scatter in red, blue, orange, and purple, like a cheerful crowd gathering for a toast 🎉. The dark cord arcs smoothly from left to right near the top edge, with each cupcake-light hanging at slightly different heights.
