This design shows five bright paper-cut balloons floating upward in red, orange, blue, teal, and lime green, arranged like a close-knit group leaning toward one another as if sharing a friendly moment 🎉. Their striped black-and-white strings hang down together and are tied in a neat bundle, giving the cluster a cozy, connected feel. A small rectangular tag is carried beneath the balloons, with “Happy Birthday” centered across it in flowing black lettering. The tag has slightly roughened edges that add a soft, tactile look without feeling messy. Behind everything sits a white background pressed with swirling, cloud-like curls that make the surface look gently sculpted. Tiny star confetti in matching bright colors is sprinkled around the balloons, as if the scene is cheering them on 🎂. Light falls from above and to the side, creating faint shadows under the balloons, the tag, and the raised swirls. The stars appear near the top left and right edges, with a few drifting toward the lower corners.
