This greeting card features a lively stack of neatly wrapped presents as the main focus, set against a teal background that keeps the scene feeling upbeat 🎁. The gift boxes are piled at playful angles, and the close, cozy way they’re arranged suggests a shared celebration between friends or a couple, like they’ve gathered these surprises for each other. Each package is colored in red, yellow, pink, orange, and light blue, with contrasting ribbon bows that add little touches of affection and care. Above the presents, red-and-white curling streamers drift downward, mingling with scattered round confetti and tiny starburst shapes for extra party energy 🎉. A thin horizontal line runs across the layout, dividing the illustration from the message area below. Beneath the line, chunky three-dimensional letters spell out a birthday greeting in red, yellow, and teal, with gentle shadows that make the text look slightly raised. The presents and letters use sharp-edged shading that gives the flat graphic style a bit of depth. Red-and-white streamers arc over the top while confetti dots and small starbursts float around the stacked gifts.
