This greeting card features a sweet baby elephant with soft rounded shapes, sitting calmly with a tender, bashful look in its sparkling eyes. Its large ears have light pink inner shading, and its cheeks are rosy, giving the face a gentle, affectionate expression that feels like a quiet hug between friends 🎉. Above the elephant, a cluster of balloons floats in peachy pinks and creamy yellows, with soft highlights that make them look lightly translucent. The elephant’s trunk curls upward to hold the thin balloon strings, as if offering them to someone special 🎁. The background stays mostly white, keeping the focus on the character and the airy watercolor-like textures. Beneath the elephant is a faint earthy wash that anchors the scene without adding clutter. A short birthday message sits below the illustration in a flowing, handwritten-style font, set in a soft gray tone. The balloons gather near the top center while the small text rests near the bottom, leaving plenty of open space around the elephant.
