This design shows a soft sky-blue background with the words “Happy Birthday” centered in large red lettering, with a gentle shadow that makes it stand out. A ring of shiny balloons frames the message, creating the feeling of friends gathering close around someone special 🎉. The balloons come in bright pink, green, yellow, lavender, and deep blue, each with a glossy highlight that suggests a cheerful glow. Curled ribbons trail from several balloons, looping downward like little gestures reaching in for a hug. Confetti dots and small star shapes scatter across the blue space, adding the look of laughter and movement in the air. The text sits clearly in the middle while the border stays around the edges, keeping the focus where your eyes land first 🎂. Bright, even lighting makes the colors look smooth and lively. Along the edges, the balloon border is packed tightly, with ribbons and confetti sprinkled between the gaps.
