This design shows a neat 4-by-4 grid of sixteen cone-shaped party hats arranged on a bright white background, like a shared set laid out for friends. Each hat has a soft, rounded look with gentle shading that makes it feel slightly three-dimensional, as if you could pick it up for a 🎉. Colors rotate across the grid in hot pink, sunny yellow, cool teal, and zesty green, often paired with contrasting accents that make neighboring hats feel like they “belong together.” Decorative details vary from hat to hat, with toppers such as fluffy pom-poms, small bows, and tiny star shapes that add a sweet, gift-like touch 🎁. Around the base of every hat is a trim of rounded dots, like a little garland that ties the set into one coordinated scene. Patterns include dots, stripes, small flowers, and scattered star shapes, creating the sense of different personalities gathered side by side under the same light. There is no visible message text, leaving open space around the hats while the even lighting casts soft shadows beneath each cone. The hats sit in four rows and four columns, evenly spaced, with crisp edges and subtle shadows that define each shape against the white field.
