This greeting card features six round balloons floating upward on a calm turquoise background, creating a light, upbeat scene 🎉. Each balloon is outlined in white and filled with a different geometric pattern, like chevrons, zigzags, sunburst rays, and dotted designs. The colors mix sunny yellow, leafy green, orange, and warm red, giving the group a lively contrast while still feeling balanced. Soft highlights on the balloons make them look gently rounded, like they’re catching light as they rise together. Beneath them, subtle shadows add depth and make the arrangement feel layered, like pieces placed close with a friendly closeness. Near the lower portion, the words “Happy Birthday” appear in flowing white lettering with a shaded effect that helps the message stand out 🎂. The text sits below the balloon cluster and feels like it’s tucked into the scene rather than floating away. Fine drop shadows trail under both the balloons and the white “Happy Birthday” lettering against the turquoise field.
