This design shows a festive scene with a smooth gradient background that shifts from bright teal at the top to deep blue near the bottom. Near the top center, a starburst-like glow spreads thin rays outward, like a spotlight warming the moment. In the middle, a flowing white message sits prominently, with a soft shadow that helps the letters stand out against the blue tones 🎉. From the upper corners and edges, curled ribbons in red, amber, green, and pink sweep downward in looping arcs, as if they’re twirling together in a friendly dance around the words. Scattered across the background, tiny light dots and confetti-like sparkles in gold and pink drift through the scene, adding a gentle sense of closeness and shared celebration. The ribbons catch highlights along their curves, giving them a satin-like sheen that suggests movement and a lively party atmosphere 🎂. The brightest concentration of glow and sparkles sits around the upper center, while the lower area fades into a calmer, darker blue.
