Designed with a serene celebration in mind, this card centers on a two-tier cake set on a bright white pedestal, with creamy frosting shaded in soft beige and rosettes in muted teal. Each tier is edged with a scalloped line of deeper blue icing and dotted with small navy star accents, giving the scene a gentle, affectionate charm 🎂. A single striped candle with alternating white and dark blue bands stands on top, like a quiet invitation to make a wish. Above the cake, the words “Birthday Wishes For You” sit in dark navy lettering, placed neatly near the upper center. Across the very top, a garland of small triangular pennants stretches from side to side, mixing tiny dots, little stars, and solid shapes in blues and whites for a friendly party feel 🎉. The background stays pale blue-grey, letting the cool tones stand out without feeling busy. Small floating stars are scattered lightly around the scene, especially near the upper corners and above the banner.
