Designed with a cute, stylized puppy sitting in the center, the card is set against a bright yellow background that feels like a sunny celebration 🎉. The pup has wide, gentle eyes and long floppy ears, giving it an affectionate, friendly look as if it’s waiting to be hugged. A cone-shaped party hat sits on its head, covered in pink and blue polka dots and finished with a fluffy blue pom at the tip. To the puppy’s right, an emerald-green balloon floats upward, catching soft light and adding a little “we’re celebrating together” energy to the scene 🎂. The balloon carries a birthday message in flowing lettering, with small red dots sprinkled around the text for extra decoration. Near the bottom, a scattering of pastel, tablet-shaped confetti adds texture and makes the foreground feel lively without being busy. The balloon’s ribbon curls lightly downward beside the pup, and the confetti pieces spread across the yellow surface in soft pinks, blues, and greens.
