This design shows a smiling golden star character at the center, cheeks softly rosy and eyes squeezed shut as if sharing a laugh with someone close 🎉. It wears a fuchsia cone party hat dotted in white, finished with a ruffled white trim and a tiny pom at the top. A teal-and-yellow striped noisemaker is held to its mouth, as though it’s cheering on a friend across the room. The star’s pointed rays fade from bright yellow into warm orange, giving the scene a cozy, affectionate glow. Behind it, deep indigo and rich purple rays spread outward like stage lights in a night-sky celebration. Small stars and round specks float around, like little sparkles drifting between two friends in the same moment. A short birthday greeting sits near the top in light-colored lettering that stands out against the dark background 🎂. The background forms a radial burst of indigo and purple stripes with scattered tiny stars and circular dots.
