This greeting card features a bright red background filled with scattered yellow stars, curly yellow spirals, small green spiky shapes, and tiny multicolored dots like confetti 🎉. Near the top center sits a white sign with a thin aqua border, giving the layout a calm frame against the lively backdrop. The words “Happy Birthday” are centered on the sign in deep blue lettering, standing out clearly against the white space. Below the sign, a cluster of gift boxes in teal and lime green is stacked close together, as if tucked in for a friendly group photo 🎁. Some boxes show dotted patterns, and each one is tied with golden-orange ribbon that curls and crosses neatly over the lids. Soft shadows under the sign, decorations, and presents add a gentle 3D look, making everything feel touchable. The lower area is packed with the overlapping presents, while the top half leaves room for the sign and floating confetti shapes.
