Designed with an insect-like character that feels like a friendly companion, the scene centers on a round red shell dotted with black spots and a pale face with rosy cheeks and wide, gentle eyes. The character leans in as if offering support, holding a slender dark red stem with a tender, caring posture that suggests closeness. The stem rises into a canopy shaped like clustered red hearts, shaded to look softly rounded like little balloons at a birthday party 🎉. Smaller hearts in reds and muted peach drift across a creamy, glowing background, giving the space a light, floating look. Soft lighting smooths the color transitions and keeps the reds rich without being harsh. The words “Happy birthday” sit in the lower-left area in deep red lettering, standing out clearly against the pale backdrop 🎂. Above and around the heart canopy, scattered mini hearts vary in size and tone, from deep red to gentle peach.
