This design shows an oversized yellow balloon centered on the card, floating slightly off-balance like it’s leaning in toward you with friendly excitement 🎉. Red-orange polka dots scatter across the balloon, and a gentle shading along the lower curve gives it a glossy, rounded look. A bright knot anchors the bottom, with a curling blue string trailing down in a loose, affectionate swoop. Across the balloon’s face, the text “MAKE A BIG WISH” sits prominently, with “MAKE A BIG” in solid blue uppercase letters. The word “WISH” is formed from candle-like letters that alternate pink and blue, each topped with a small flame shape that suggests a tiny birthday glow 🎂. Behind everything, the background is filled with vertical pastel-blue and creamy-white stripes that run from top to bottom with slightly uneven edges. The stripes frame the balloon like a soft party backdrop, with the blue string curling over the lighter bands near the lower half.
