This design shows a deep blue background with three large white letters centered, shaded slightly to give them a lifted look. Around the letters, bright red, yellow, and light blue accents scatter like party confetti, adding a lively sense of motion 🎉. A striped cone party hat sits near the top with a small gold star on its tip, as if it was just placed there by a close friend. A red-and-white candy piece curls along one side, bringing a sweet, sharing-the-last-treat kind of closeness 🎂. Thin golden branches weave through the layout, softening the sharp shapes and creating a gentle, togetherness feel. Small rainbows, starbursts, and dotted specks fill the open spaces, keeping the composition balanced without feeling crowded. Near the bottom, a small square gift shape with a bright star detail rests slightly off-center beneath the main letters.
