This Birthday card features a two-tier celebration cake centered on a pale cream background, drawn with smooth shading and tidy edges. The cake is frosted in bright white, and across the front the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” sit in warm orange letters that look slightly raised. Small pastel blue candy spheres are sprinkled over both tiers, adding a light, confetti-like touch 🎉. A glossy red cherry with a curved dark stem sits on top, like a sweet little nod from one friend to another. The cake rests on a teal cake stand with a soft shine, giving the scene a cool contrast. Near the base, two red cherries lean together with their stems gently intertwined, suggesting a tender closeness. Faint shadows fall beneath the letters, the cake layers, and the stand, and the intertwined cherries sit just to the right of center at the foot of the teal stand.
