This design shows two human-like cats centered on a bright white background, standing close with a tender, buddy-like closeness in their mirrored, wide-eyed expressions. Above them, a curious question appears in flowing dark lettering, arcing gently across the top. Small confetti marks in soft pastel tones scatter around the words, adding a light party feel 🎉. The left cat is an orange-and-cream tabby with big pupils and a surprised look, as if reacting to a friendly tease. The right cat is mottled in charcoal with warm ochre patches, matching the same astonished stare that makes the pair feel connected and in on the joke together. Both wear tiny cone party hats with polka dots and a fluffy pom-pom, hinting at a birthday moment 🎂. Gentle, watercolor-like shading gives their fur a plush texture while keeping the overall scene airy. The confetti dots and dashes float mostly near the top text, leaving plenty of white space around the cats.
