Designed with a cheerful digital illustration style, this card centers on a sky-blue rectangular ice pop with a wooden stick, posed right in the middle like it’s ready to join the party 🎉. Its big eyes, pink cheek blush, and bright smile give it a friendly, welcoming look, as if it’s sharing a sweet moment with whoever opens the card. A red-and-white striped cone party hat sits on top, tilted slightly to add a flirty, upbeat touch. Behind it, the top half of the background is a speckled magenta field dotted with tiny light-blue circles that feel like confetti. Across the lower third, a wavy azure banner stretches from side to side, creating a calm contrast to the magenta above. The words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” appear centered on that banner in strong magenta letters, standing out clearly against the blue. Subtle shading gives the ice pop a bit of depth while keeping the shapes simple and graphic 🎂. The lower banner curves like a gentle wave beneath the character, with the magenta lettering sitting neatly across its middle.
