This card features a cute cartoon amphibian in rich green tones sitting calmly on a round, golden platform that floats on softly rippling blue‑green water 🎉. Its big, shiny eyes and lightly rosy cheeks give it a friendly, affectionate look, as if it’s sharing the moment with someone just off to the side. An orange party hat with yellow dots and a ruffled tip sits on its head, and a bright pink party blower rests at its mouth with puffed cheeks mid-toot. To the left, a small cupcake on a smaller matching floating disc is topped with frosting, colorful sprinkles, and one lit candle 🧁. The gentle rings of ripples around both floating discs make the scene feel like a quiet celebration happening together on the pond. Across the top, “Happy Birthday” is written in large yellow letters, centered and arcing slightly over the characters and treats. A few small orange leaf-like shapes drift on the water near the platforms, adding warm contrast against the cool background.
