This card features a two-tier cake centered on a white background, with wavy frosting that looks like it was swirled on with care for someone special 🎂. The bottom tier is deep blue with a lime green accent, while the top tier pairs coral pink with calm turquoise, creating a sweet, friendly contrast. A slim light green candle with subtle stripes sits on top, topped by a small red flame with tiny yellow spark marks that suggest a warm, shared moment. Above the cake, “HIP HIP HOORAY!” curves in dark blue uppercase letters, arcing like a cheerful shout across the top. Below the cake, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” appears in matching dark blue uppercase text, placed near the bottom to ground the design 🎉. Around everything, confetti-like stars, dots, squiggles, and simple shapes scatter in red, yellow, green, blue, and black, as if the celebration is swirling around two close friends. The cake’s frosting edges and the surrounding shapes are drawn with smooth, flat color areas, with little starbursts and curved marks sprinkled evenly across the white space.
