This card features a cluster of five glossy balloons floating close together, like friends leaning in for a photo at a Birthday party 🎉. A deep blue balloon sits front and center, and it carries a white, flowing message across its middle, giving it a tender, celebratory focus. Around it, red, pink, orange, and green balloons hover in a snug ring, their shiny highlights making them look freshly inflated and full of life. Thin curling ribbons trail downward in matching tones, crossing and looping as if they’re gently brushing against each other. Small confetti shapes—dots, little squares, and star cutouts—scatter across the white background, adding a lively sense of motion. The bright colors against the plain backdrop feel like an affectionate crowd gathering around the main message, ready for cake 🎂. The lettering stays centered on the blue balloon in white, while the surrounding balloons remain text-free to keep the focus on the greeting. Confetti pieces in mixed colors drift above and between the balloons, with a few stars near the upper corners.
