This card features a blush-pink background with the words “HIP HIP HOORAY” stacked in tall letters at the center, each letter outlined by a soft creamy border for a gentle lift. The letters are filled with warm coral, teal, deep navy, and mustard tones, decorated with small dots and fine stripes that feel like careful, affectionate details shared between friends 🎉. A few letters stand out with striped cone-shaped party hats perched on top, each finished with a tiny star, like a sweet inside joke between close companions. Across the upper area, a draped garland of triangular pennants stretches from side to side, mixing polka dots and stripes in coordinating colors. The main text sits centrally and dominates the layout, while the garland frames it above to guide the eye downward. Small golden stars, tiny round confetti specks, and little asterisk bursts are scattered around the words, adding motion and a lively sparkle 🎁. The hats are striped in alternating colors, and their small star toppers glint against the pink backdrop.
