This card features a digital illustration on a bright white background, setting a light, airy scene for a Birthday moment 🎉. Near the top, a flowing black greeting is centered and stands out clearly against the open space. Below it, a close cluster of balloons gathers like friends leaning in together, their rounded shapes overlapping in a cozy, affectionate way. The balloons include a shiny gold one, plus coral, deep teal, and soft blush pink, each with a slightly different finish that suggests satin sheen or gentle matte. Some balloons are decorated with small gold or white dots, while one adds black-and-white stripes for contrast. Thin black strings trail downward and meet in a small, neat bow beneath the cluster. Around the balloons, scattered confetti dots in gold, pink, teal, and black drift across the white space like tiny sparks above a cake 🎂. The gold balloon sits near the center, with blush and teal balloons flanking it and confetti speckling the area around the top text.
