This Birthday card features a bright digital illustration built around the centered words “Happy birthday” in a rounded sans‑serif style, with letters alternating in red, teal, and orange 🎉. Around the message, glossy round balloons in red, purple, yellow, and teal float in from the corners, their thin curling strings adding gentle movement. Small confetti dots and star shapes are sprinkled across a creamy yellow background, giving the scene a light, friendly sparkle. A row of colorful pennant flags runs along the top edge, with a matching garland along the bottom, like party décor hung with care by close friends. The layout keeps the text easy to read while the decorations gather around it like a cheerful group leaning in for a shared moment. Soft, even lighting smooths the colors so everything feels welcoming and calm, like a warm hug delivered in an envelope 🎁. The balloons have tiny white highlight spots, and the pennants alternate colors in a neat line across the top and bottom borders.
