This design shows two friendly cats sitting close together beside a two-tier cake, their body language suggesting an easy, affectionate bond 🎂. On the left is a black-and-white cat with eyes softly closed in a content smile, wearing a blue party hat dotted with small circles. On the right is an orange tabby with warm stripes, wide bright eyes, and a gentle grin, topped with a red party hat as it leans slightly toward its companion. Centered between them, a blue cake is trimmed with white frosting, dotted with small berries, and topped with a single lit candle. Above the scene floats a cluster of balloons in purple, green, orange, light blue, and red, with thin strings trailing downward like soft lines in the air 🎉. The background stays white and airy, sprinkled with tiny confetti marks and small star shapes that frame the pair without crowding them. In the upper left, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” appears in large, friendly letters in a dark tone that stands out against the pale backdrop. Fine whisker lines and scattered confetti specks add extra detail around the cats and the cake.
