This card features a diamond-shaped yellow road-style sign centered in the scene, angled slightly like it’s been placed for someone special to notice. Across the middle of the sign, the words “WARNING BIRTHDAY AHEAD” appear in black, all-caps lettering, stacked neatly for easy reading. Behind and around it, glossy round balloon-like shapes float in soft pink, pale yellow, light blue, and gentle purple, giving the background a light, airy look 🎉. Confetti dots and thin curling streamers drift across the space, as if two friends just tossed them up together and watched them fall with matching grins. A softly lit pink surface at the bottom looks like a tabletop or stage, grounding the scene while the floating shapes create depth above. The mix of a caution-sign style and party décor feels like an inside joke shared between close friends, with the sign acting like a teasing heads-up for what’s coming 🎂. Tiny confetti pieces in multiple colors are scattered across the pink base, with a few streamers curling upward near the lower corners.
