This design shows a stylized cartoon dog on the left, with a long blue neck and a wide-eyed look that feels like an excited friend leaning in with a secret. Its eyes are rimmed in bright pink, with brown floppy ears, a dark snout, and a few simple black whisker lines that add to the goofy charm. A hot-pink collar circles its neck, finished with a small golden round tag that catches the light like a tiny gift 🎁. Behind it, a high-energy yellow background is textured with spray-like speckles and drips of blue and pink, like a wall painted in a hurry before a party 🎉. On the right side, a white speech bubble floats over the color splashes, pointing back toward the dog as if it’s speaking directly to you. Inside the bubble, the message “I HEARD TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY” is set in thick black all-caps lettering, centered and easy to read. Black outlines sharpen the dog’s shape against the yellow field, and the speech bubble’s edge stays soft and painterly against the scattered drips.
