This design shows a tall, dark vertical panel that fades into a softer shade, set against a creamy background that keeps the focus centered. Near the upper middle, three glowing circular medallions shine like stained glass, each divided by thin golden lines and dotted with tiny sparkles that feel like shared little secrets between close friends 🎉. The left circle leans toward deep red, the middle warms into amber-gold, and the right settles into a calm green, giving the trio a balanced, companionable rhythm. Flowing knotwork curls around and between the circles, partially wrapping them as if gently linking the three lights together. The fine detailing in the radiating segments makes the circles look jewel-like, with highlights that seem to flicker as your eyes move. Along the lower portion, the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” sit in uppercase lettering in a light tone, standing out clearly against the darker panel 🎂. A thin decorative line underlines the text, and beneath it sits a small ornamental cross-like motif centered at the bottom of the panel. The knotwork traces in a muted gold, looping around the medallions and tapering into the background.
