This greeting card features a deep teal background with the words “happy birthday” centered in raised white lettering, giving the message a soft, touchable look 🎉. Three smooth balloons frame the text like close friends leaning in for a photo, adding a gentle sense of togetherness. A peach balloon floats on the left with a thin ribbon curving downward, like an arm reaching toward the middle. On the right, an aquamarine balloon and a coral-pink balloon hover at slightly different heights, their ribbons curling in loose lines that seem to mingle near the center 🎂. The balloons have subtle highlights that make them look rounded and softly lit rather than shiny. Around the main design, small pastel dots are scattered across the teal space like light confetti, keeping the scene lively without crowding the message. The words sit squarely in the middle, with the balloons arranged to the left and right as a balanced frame. Tiny circles in pale pink, mint, and light blue drift across the background, with a few clustered near the upper corners.
