Designed with a modern graphic look, this Birthday card features a smooth, light-toned hand near the lower center gently holding three thin white strings, as if offering a small surprise 🎁. Floating above are three glossy balloon shapes: a rounded red one on the left, a rounded sky-blue one on the right, and a tall capsule-shaped orange one in the middle. The hand’s steady grip and the upward lift of the balloons suggest a friendly, caring gesture, like someone reaching out to celebrate together 🎉. A deep teal background sets everything off, with soft drop shadows under each balloon adding depth while keeping the scene simple. Near the top, the birthday message is placed above the balloons in bold lettering, slightly tilted for a lively angle. The text is light-colored against the teal so it stands out clearly without overpowering the artwork. The three balloons show small highlights along their curves, and the white strings run straight down to the hand against the rich teal field.
