This greeting card features a cloud-shaped speech bubble at the center, outlined in white with a dashed stitch-like border, holding a two-word birthday message in big capital letters 🎉. The first word is shaded in warm orange and yellow tones, while the second shifts through green, teal, and purple, with each letter lightly speckled and given a soft drop shadow for depth. Behind the message, sharp rays spread outward like a sunburst, mixing magenta, tangerine, deep violet, bright blue, and lime green. White stars and round confetti dots are sprinkled across the background, adding a lively party look without feeling crowded. The close, snug spacing of the words inside the bubble gives the layout a friendly togetherness, like two pals leaning in for a photo at a celebration 🎂. The text sits centered inside the bubble, with the bubble itself centered on the page so the rays and confetti frame it evenly. Around the bubble, the white stars vary in size and float between the colored rays and scattered white circles.
