This design shows a jagged-edged speech bubble in bright white sitting front and center, like two friends leaning in close to share a happy shout 🎉. Inside the bubble, the text “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” is placed in the middle and set in thick, chunky letters, each one a different color such as purple, orange, pink, and green. The letters have a light dotted texture and are edged with dark outlines, giving them extra punch against the white space. Behind the bubble, wide stripes spread outward in a radial pattern, creating the look of a spotlight bursting across the card. The background stripes shift through teal, yellow, hot pink, and green, with the rays meeting behind the message like an excited embrace. Small white dots and tiny golden star shapes are sprinkled across the rays and near the bubble, like confetti drifting through the air 🎁. A few of the star shapes cluster near the outer edges, while the white dots appear both inside and around the speech bubble.
