This greeting card features a cheerful cartoon figure centered on a pale mint-green background, lifting both arms as if inviting a close friend into a shared toast 🎉. The character wears a bright blue cone party hat dotted with sunny yellow spots and topped with a fluffy little pom-pom, adding a sweet, party-ready touch. A wide smile, rosy cheeks, and shining eyes give the face a tender, welcoming look, like they’re celebrating someone special. In each hand, the figure holds up a glass filled with a golden, foamy drink, with the two raised cups suggesting togetherness even though only one character is shown 🎂. Near the top, a short birthday message appears in flowing dark lettering, arcing gently above the character’s head. Soft shading and subtle gradients add depth around the face, hat, and arms without making the scene feel busy. Thin white rays and tiny spark-like lines radiate around the hat and lifted glasses, standing out crisply against the mint background.
