This card shows a friendly deep-blue sea creature centered on an off-white panel, wearing a striped cone party hat with a tiny anchor mark, and its small eyes and rosy cheeks give it a shy, affectionate look like it’s sharing a private joke with the viewer 🎉. White spots dot its back, and a striped underbelly adds extra texture without crowding the scene. Above the creature, the word “HAPPY” sits in rounded, uneven letters, each one a different bright color. Below it, “BIRTHDAY” stretches along the bottom in the same multicolored style, framing the character from top to base. Around the main figure, small hearts, stars, and scattered dots float like confetti, adding a cozy, friendly energy 🎁. In the lower right corner, a tiny mushroom with a red cap and pale stem peeks in as a cute surprise detail. The artwork is finished with softly rounded corners and a muted teal border that neatly outlines the off-white center.
