Designed with a creamy white background, the illustration centers on a rising cluster of heart-shaped balloons that feels like a sweet gesture between close friends 🎉. The balloons come in soft coral, blush pink, deeper red, and mint green, arranged so the colors lean into each other like a gentle embrace. Each heart has a light glossy shine and faint shading that gives it rounded, inflated depth. Around the cluster, tiny round confetti dots drift in matching tones with a few sunny yellow pops, adding a sense of light motion. The lighting stays soft and diffused, giving the whole scene a calm glow that reads as affectionate without needing extra symbols. Below the balloons, thin strings gather downward toward the message, guiding your eye to the words. The text “happy birthday” sits under the balloon cluster in dark charcoal-gray lettering, centered and easy to spot 🎂. Small confetti circles continue to sprinkle the space around the hearts, with yellow dots scattered near the outer edges.
