This design shows five rounded balloon shapes floating together on a wide white background, arranged like a close-knit group leaning toward one another as if sharing a friendly moment 🎉. The balloons use soft pastel tones, including mint green with small white dots, lavender with thin stripes, buttercup yellow with zigzag lines, and rose pink with scattered dash marks. Their matte look and varied patterns add gentle texture without crowding the open space around them. Thin black strings hang down from each balloon and angle inward, meeting near the bottom like hands joining in a small, supportive circle. A deep purple bow ties the strings together, giving the cluster a cozy, connected feel 🎁. Below the balloons, the words “Time to Celebrate!” sit centered in a dark color with flowing, cursive-style lettering that stands out against the white. The bow is drawn with two looping sides and trailing ribbon ends directly under the point where the strings gather.
