This greeting card features a glowing fuchsia rectangular border that frames the scene like a neon window against a deep, inky background. Near the lower area, the words “Happy Birthday” sweep across in flowing bright pink lettering, softly lit as if shining from within 🎉. Above the text, a burst of light blooms like fireworks, with streaks shooting outward in teal, red, and golden-orange from a bright center. The way the lines fan out suggests an excited, shared moment, like two friends looking up at the same sky and smiling at what they see. Toward the upper right, three glossy balloon-like spheres float upward in lavender, light blue, and warm yellow, their highlights giving them a gentle, affectionate glow 🎁. Tiny star-like dots are scattered across the dark space, adding depth and a dreamy nighttime feel. In the upper right corner, the lavender, blue, and yellow spheres drift diagonally upward with small reflections along their curved edges.
