This greeting card features a cream background with a lightly textured look and a festive arrangement that feels friendly and a little romantic. “Happy Birthday” sits in the center in deep teal lettering, large and easy to spot. Near the top, two garlands of small pennants stretch across in earthy reds, mustard yellows, and teals, mixing dotted and solid patterns like decorations hung by close friends at a cozy party 🎉. In the upper right, a single teal balloon floats with a soft highlight that makes it look gently lifted by air. Tiny stars and scattered confetti dots are sprinkled around the page, adding motion without crowding the design. Beneath the main words, a golden crown and a neatly wrapped golden gift box with a teal ribbon sit side by side, like a shared surprise waiting to be opened 🎁. A teal envelope nearby carries a small golden crown and a bright red heart seal, suggesting a tender note meant for someone special. The envelope’s heart stands out in red against the teal, with the little crown perched above it.
