Designed with a dark, empty background, this card centers on a cartoon performer-like figure shown from the head to the upper torso, floating like a cutout. A huge, round cloud of textured green hair frames a white-painted face, and the wide eyes sit under rainbow-colored arches that give the character a teasing, knowing look. The small red nose and sharply pointed red lips pull into a grin that shows rows of needle-like teeth, adding a slightly uneasy twist to the party mood 🎉. The outfit below is striped in yellow, orange, and purple, finished with an oversized orange bow tie covered in polka dots, suggesting a costume meant to impress while also poking fun. One hand lifts near the shoulder with the index finger raised, like a cheeky “really?” aimed at the viewer, as if sharing an inside joke with a friend. Near the bottom, bright blue bubble-style lettering asks “Another Birthday?” with the words centered under the figure 🎂. Glossy highlights and thick outlines make the green hair, red nose, and blue text stand out sharply against the deep black backdrop.
