Designed with a modern celebratory look, this card centers on a two-tier birthday cake 🎂 covered in smooth white frosting with soft blue accents. Each tier is edged with a wavy blue trim, and the lower tier is wrapped with a neat row of small matte blue spheres that add texture. A single striped candle in blue and white stands on top, its tiny orange flame casting a gentle glow like a quiet wish shared between close friends. Near the top, a greeting appears in flowing lettering, set in blue and spaced to sit above the cake without crowding it. Along the upper edge, a garland of small triangular flags stretches across, mixing dots, stripes, and wavy patterns in shades of blue and white for a light party feel 🎉. Scattered stars in different sizes and blue tones float around the flags, adding a soft sparkle. Behind everything, the background fades from warm off-white into pale blue-gray, with a faint shadow under the cake to give it depth.
