Designed with a soft pastel pink background, this illustration centers on a fluffy white cloud-shaped sign that feels like it’s being presented with care. In the middle of that cloud, the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” sit in raised-looking letters, alternating coral, yellow, and teal for a friendly, party-ready look 🎉. Small heart shapes and tiny round dots scatter across the backdrop like confetti, adding a sweet, affectionate tone without crowding the scene. Above and around the cloud, rounded balloons in blush pink, teal, and warm gold drift upward, as if gently tugging the message into the air. Along the bottom, a multi-tier chocolate cake is covered with flowing white icing, topped with five striped candles and little flames, plus glossy red cherries 🎂. Nearby, teal and pale yellow gift boxes with neatly tied bows sit close together, and a striped party hat leans to one side like it was just set down. A soft brown plush animal with a tender, calm expression rests beside a teal present, with the cloud sign hovering above and the balloons floating overhead.
