This greeting card features large, raised-looking “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” text centered on a bright white background, setting a cheerful tone for 🎉. “HAPPY” sits on the top line in a teal-to-cyan gradient, while “BIRTHDAY” rests below in a glowing lime green, with soft highlights and shadows that make the letters look gently sculpted. In the upper right, a shiny turquoise balloon floats with a bright reflection, adding a light, carefree lift to the layout. Its thin string trails downward and curls into dark blue decorative swirls that feel like a friendly flourish reaching toward the message. Across the background, round confetti-like dots in teal, aqua, and yellow-green scatter in different sizes, some flat and some shaded to look slightly rounded, like bubbles. The mix of cool and zesty colors creates a warm, companionable mood, like a close friend leaning in with a grin while you bring out the 🎂. A cluster of small orbs and curling lines gathers near the lower area, framing the centered words without crowding them.
