This card features a soft cream, cloud-shaped frame centered on the front, with scalloped edges outlined in deep red and a neat inner ring of small red dots. Inside the frame, the words “Happy Birthday To You!” sit centered in flowing red lettering, with a small pink heart hovering above like a sweet little wink 🎂. Behind it all, wide stripes radiate outward from the center, drawing your eye in as if the message is being spotlighted. The color mix blends teal and deep blue with warm orange, red, and muted purple, giving the scene a friendly, old-time fairground feel 🎉. Subtle grain and gentle shading add depth, making the central frame look slightly raised against the striped background. Tiny star-like sparkles and scattered speckles drift across the rays, like a soft shimmer caught in the light. The deep red outline around the cream frame stands out crisply against the multicolored radial stripes.
