This design shows three glossy white balloon-like spheres floating against a deep teal background, arranged as a close-knit trio with one slightly higher as if leading the others like friends leaning in for a photo 🎉. Two sit lower and nearer together, creating a gentle sense of closeness, while the upper one hovers above them like a quiet companion watching over the group. Thin silver ribbons hang from each sphere, catching the light and drifting downward until they meet in a small knotted tie near the bottom edge. Soft lighting creates bright highlights and shaded curves on the smooth surfaces, giving them a polished, porcelain-like look. Along the left side, the message “Happy Birthday To You” appears in flowing white lettering, stacked in a tall layout that balances the floating shapes. The cool teal backdrop stays mostly open and uncluttered, making the white forms and text stand out like a calm celebration 🎂. At the base of the image, the silver ribbons converge into a neat knot centered just above the lower margin.
