Designed with two mirrored mythical sea figures, the illustration shows them facing each other with tender, friendly expressions as if sharing a secret 🎉. Each has a human-like upper body with smooth pale skin, a soft blush on the cheeks, and long flowing hair in blue-green tones. Their bodies taper into detailed scaled tails that shift from teal to deep turquoise, ending in wide, fanned fins that curl outward. Between them, their hands hold an oval banner centered on the page, framed by a neat double outline. The background stays a gentle cream color, keeping the focus on the figures and the message area. The celebratory birthday text sits inside the oval in dark lettering, centered and easy to read, with the border giving it a framed, gift-tag look 🎁. Fine scale patterns and wavy hair strands add texture around the central banner, with the fins flaring at the lower corners like decorative flourishes.
